Synergys was established by Kiran Raj, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the utility industry. Having served in strategic roles with leading multinational firms across North America and Oceania, he advised top-tier utility companies before launching his independent practice in 2012. After a decade of delivering impactful solutions, he felt the time is right to address the identified critical gaps in utilities consulting. In response, he founded Synergys to guide utilities through complex digital transformation projects with unmatched precision and expertise.
