​City of Tacoma is a Utility company which serves the citizens of Tacoma the 5 basic utilities of electricity (including generation, transmission and distribution), water, storm drainage, residential and commercial solid waste. The project involved implementing and integrating to deliver the SAP R/3 Core Modules and IS-U/CCS system, including integration of the solution with the City’s ESRI GIS system, its MDSI Mobile Dispatch system, and its Accelio bill printing system.

MTE is the largest electric cooperative in the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) region and the second largest in the United States, serving more than 750,000 customers. Project was a one year post implementation support contract.

Hydro One Limited is an electricity transmission and distribution utility serving the Canadian province of Ontario. Project was a full implementation that involved smart meter implementation, generation rates and interfaces to multiple external systems

TXU Energy is a retail electricity provider headquartered in Irving, Texas, serving residential and business customers in deregulated regions of Texas since the deregulation of the Texas electricity market in 2002. The project involved end to end Implementation of IS-U/CCS ECC 6.0 and post go live support.

Hawaiian Electric is the largest supplier of electricity in the state of Hawaii, supplying power to 95% of Hawaii's population through its electric utilities: Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc., Hawai'i Electric Light Company, Inc. and Maui Electric Company. Project involved migration of the existing software platform to SAP Customer Information system (CIS) for its 400,000 customers.

FirstEnergy Corp is an electric utility that serves OH, PA, NJ, Maryland and West Virginia. Project was smart meter implementation project that required transforming the current system landscape from regular meters to smart meters and integrating with the meter data management system.
